Regarding service of mahindra scorpio

dear
i have a mahindra scorpio having no. HP38 C 5455. I got sevice of above said vehical from krishna auto world, ptk on 5000 km. On 6700 km cluch lever of my vehical was free. when i got it checked there was no cluch fluid, it was totally dry. Iwant to know whose mistake is this, who will yake responsibility of damage to the vehical. Vehical is registered on the name of Vimla devi. MOB:- 9418130005
