Micromax provides worst service

Hearing was always a problem which is the basic purpose of any phone. Sometimes I was unable to hear the other end and at times the other people. Phone stopped working within a few months. Phone was still under warranty and there was no physical damage to it. Initially they asked me to pay 450, then 1000 and then 1600. Why would anybody pay that huge amount for the phone which merely cost 4000 and odd especially which is just few months old and still under under warranty. Complete non-sense. Service centers guys have no sense of talking. They are rude and pathetic. Entire experience of micromax has been a trauma and I would never suggest anyone to ever even think of MICROMAX.
