Review - Futurebazaar.com

According to me and my shopping experiences with Futurebazaar.com, I must say it is one of the worst E-Commerce sites you can find in India though it is run by one of the biggest retail chain owner Future Group.

With online shopping industry giving a new space of investment to the business oriented people, these kinds of site have come up in numbers flooding the Indian E-Market.

Futurebazaar.com is one of the early startups which started when this industry was not in full boom, but they remain the same with time nothing has changed (their insincerity with customers, bad products, bad customer service etc.), they are one of the worst in case of shipping the product once the order is placed, they take almost 4-5 days to process your request even in the case of Online Fund Transfer, product delivery even in Metro cities is very late (even the new E-Commerce setups serve better in this aspect).

The specifications and images on their site against a product is most of the time wrong and to lure customers they hike the price (most the times more than the MRP also) and show a big discount, do your research before you opt to buy any electronic goods on their portal.

The only plus point you can find if you are shopping with Futurebazaar.com is that for returns you don’t have to run through courier offices you can just return the product at any of their retail brand shops (Big Bazaar, Home Town etc.), though this is a plus point it gives you much worries you have to be in constant touch with their Customer Care till your product is not re shipped or be ready to wonder what went wrong and where?
Refund policies take nearly takes a month.

Now comes the big disclosure… once the customer is cheated and by chance if the customer wakes up and makes his mind to revolt to the issues and makes his mind to expose them and take online help like posting it on different platforms and sites for consumer help, they will instantly get back to you with a bang (don’t be surprised) their officials will try to give you such an idea that they are not at all aware of what happened with you and order, they will completely blame on their juniors and will try and convince you (to do so they promise of providing you with large discount coupons and will tell you to remove your complaint from different forums and platforms) and after you do so, nothing will reach you (like the discount coupons or gifts they promised while convincing you) and once you are left to wander around what went wrong.

So before investing your money, do all the enquiries needed, “Jaago Grahak Jaago”
