I have purchased a Nissan micra in dec-2011. From couple of days I am feeling a loud noise when I apply brakes. I reported this to your service center – Neo Nissian, Noida.

They stated that this is a defect in Micra and they don’t have a solution for this. although they had cleaned the break-pads but this didn’t work.

I Had contacted the service center and called up customer care again and again through mails and calls. they are just unnecessarily increasing the lime to solve the problem. i have traveled to a different city and have to drive back home. i am totally feeling helpless at this moment.
