Portibility not happening since 4 months 4 times from TATADOCOMO to AIRTEL
HI,
Currently i am using tatadocomo service, due to lack of connectivity i am planning to switch my network from TATA docomo to AIRTEL.. but here only they started playing game.Intial stage i submitted my documnets along with my PORT number at retailer shop,once completed PORT validity the shopkeeper said that AIRTEL people is not responding to your request so please submit AIRTEL showroom. Then i submitted 3 times my documents along with 3 new port numbers during 3 months.they ppl sucked me like anything i vexed and i fought with guys then they told me that my port out is pending with AIRTEL it was in process with the Earlier new SIM which i got from Shop keeper starting stage(THE dummy sim which usually they given us while submitting docs).
AIRTEL is big and HUGE network and they have good strength technicians..... even though they are not resolving my PORT issue.Its VERY SAD... AIRTEL pepole are very lazy and delay fellows it seems becuse they could say when i went to submit my docs 2nd time but they did not tell anything that time, nOw anly thet are saying it was pending with from their side and they donot know how to stop the PRCEDURE to solve this thing.
Since 4 months my number is in process to portability in AIRTEL side.BUT THEY COULD NOT DO ANY THING THEIR SIDE..
PLEASE SUGGET ME WHAT SHOULD I TAKE ACTION ON THIS>
