Hi Sir,

I am extremely unhappy from the service which D.T.D.C is giving. I was suppossed to receive a shipment no z59445928 which contains an important document, and i am waiting for it from last few days. Nobody from dtdc is helping me, i have called numerous people numerous times.I have sent an email to various emails provided on the dtdc website but didnt get aby response. I am fed up.
I was not expecting such a poor service from such a big name.

Please help me.
