A Courier bearing tracking no.K55680660 with very important documents from kolkata to bangalore has been returned to original shipper.

There are two people 24 hours in the house and also my mobile no. is fully accessible. How can the courier return when the door can never be locked and I have not got any calls regarding the address or what so ever. I have not got any note from you informing about the same.

The service is very BAD and I will have to escalate this issue further as I will be incurring losses.

Look forward to your immediate action and have the same delivered to me ASAP.
