FOR UNSUCCESSFULL MOBILE RECHARGE RS 699 AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED FROM AXIS BANK THROUGH ONLINE

For the first time mobile recharge is not successful and i got error message as “Unable to process the transaction from Axis Bank” but the amount is deducted from my account Rs 699.
Later i tried for the second time which the transaction is successful
Rs 699 is deducted for 2 times instead of 1 time.
Here my concern is for unsuccessful transaction Rs. 699/- amount is deducted.
This transaction done Feb 9,2012 still Axis Bank didn’t resolve the issue to till date
Please let me know if you need any more information
