timtara.com took my rs 15940 on 15/05/12 but not delivered my order(id 10256254).i am waiting till 12 june.on 13 i would take the issue to the news,and would mail the details to their comptetors,national cons forum and data quest magzine as wel .i cant let them to do the same with others.untill they stop doing this cheating dont buy anything from them

The following orders are not delivered to me till now, customer care is not responding promptly, I have made many calls but till now no response, customer support executive says i will receive mail and call for this but till now no response, I have called them more than 50 times but every time they say they will forward the complaint to next level, can anyone suggest me what should be my next step regarding this.

I have bought Sony Cybershot DSC-HX9V camera from timtara.com on 26th feb 2012 with order id:10200127 fro Rs.14100, But because of stock unavailability of the product which they have mentioned after delaying the delivery for 2 months, i have cancelled my order and requested for the refund. They informed me that the refund will be done within 8-10 working days. But now it has been more than 1 month still i haven't received my money back. There has been multiple complaints and escalations made by their customer care executives but there is no use. One of the complaint IDs is 21486. I am calling them almost once is 2 days but they are just delaying the process.

Please take necessary action against this and please help me in getting my refund.

I had booked order for digital camera. Order No. 10255086, Order date was 13-May-2012.
I already made payment at the time of order booking. They are supposed to send me product within 12-15 working days.

Even today I am waiting for delivery. Order status says Order is "awaiting shipment".
I called many times but Timtara customer care is neither justifying the reason for this delay neither they are assuring you regading product delivery.

I put one cancellation mail and told them to refund my money.
But they havent acknowledged it.

Dear Consumer Forum, please help me to get out of this problem.
