Airtel PC Secure activated 3 times without subscribing

I have a Airtel broadband connection, first Airtel subscribed me to PC Secure service even though I clearly asked their support guy that we dont need it. I visited [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and unsubscribed for pc secure on 22nd May, and on 26th May again I got a message “Thank you for subscribing to airtel PC Secure.” Then I filed a complain at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] on 26th May’ 2012. They resolved the complain saying that “PC Secure was activated due to some technical glitch in the server.” There is something going wrong with Airtel, they are subscribing to different services without users consent. In past also I have faced similar problem with Airtel Ring Tone subscription. Seems like they are fooling people on the name of technical glitch. Please take immediate actions and do a enquiry on how the services like ring tone and pc secure get subscribed again and again without user’s consent.
