RelocateEasily.com Based in Banglore are Cheat Please be aware
I had taken a flat on rent using relocateeasily.com in banglore at Mahadevpura
using relocateeasily.com but when i vacated the flat sometime back and asked for
the release the security deposit they had imposed false charges on me and almost
deducted 40% of my security deposit which was not mentioned anywehere in the lease
agreement.Till today the final settlement is pending.

When i visited banglore to search home there executive call me aggressively and
told me the wrong brokerage charge at the time i was finalizing the flat.The
relocateeasily was taking rent from me including mantainence charges but when i was
vacating flat i was not ask to leave premises as maintenance of the flat was not
paid since last six month.I had already informed them regarding this issue long
time back and no action was taken from there end.They had taken the flat on lease
from some one else and that person was also a real mischief.


On the day when i left the flat everything was on working condition and there
maintenance team had crosschecked everything even after that they had refunded only
60% of my security deposit and told me that the rest of amount will be settled in
next 15 days which is not settled till now.I had vacated the flat on first week of
May.Even though i had never used A/C they are imposing unfair charges of gas
refilling which was caused due to issue in the gas pipeline.


Never use relocateeasily they are really big cheats and following malicious
practices.
