Reliance Digital, Bangalore not providing the free headphone

I brought a Sony Ericsson Mobile(Model- W19i) from Reliancedigital Retail Limited (Address- F-26-31, Mantri Square, Bangalore 560003). At the time of purchase sales person told me that I will get an extra Sony Ericsson Headphone for free, but they did not have in their stock and asked me to collect in few days. After two weeks they called me to collect the headset which is not Sony Ericsson made, its an ordinary headphone.

I cant put my ear health and mobile at risk by using this ordinary Headset, they should give me a genuine Sony Ericsson headset. Kindly help & let me know if you need more information or documents in support of my claim.
