MTS DATA CARD

I got MTS connection on Dec.I got good speed for 1month after that i got very slow spped i raised complaint about this on 23rd Jan.Tehy asked to replace the datacard after repalcing also i got same spped .I called many times to customer and sent many mails .

Daily MTS network team and support team came and took the screenshot ansd went and they said I have network problem .But after some days they said your are no network problem.I asked to cance l my account then they said please wait for one month we will resolve your issue and you wont pay any amount for Feb month.I got bill rs 1200 .My plan is 899 unlimited.I dont know how i got this amount.They said i used beyond the limit I got only .10mbps .How can i use download that much.Even I sent mail to MTS chief ,nodal ,appellate.No Use.After sent lot of mails they cancelled that bill.
I informed them to cancel my account .Then they cancel my account again they are asking to pay for Mar month bill 839 I cancelled on Mar first week How can i get this amount .I dont know what is happening with them,

Daily they called 5, 6 times and visted .I am mentally torched with that peoples.

I request the people concerned to look into this immediately and also compensate the losses occured due to your network issues. Hope you will curb this issue soon.
