with reference no 195254826. Blazeflash Courier Ltd

My friend Neekita Singh from Gangtok sent me a gift via blazeflash courier services. She sent a card and a shirt to me in gift, but when i opened the parcel i didn't found any shirt only card was there. when i called them they said they don't know anything regarding any shirt. i want my gift back because its priceless to me as early as possible.
