suffred after placing an order on Saholic.com for a mobile(Samsung Galaxy FIT)

I have placed an order(Order ID 107263 ) on Saholic.com on 13'th April 2012 also I made the full payment of 9,249.00 Rs using netBanking. They promised that mobile will be delivered till 19'th April.
But I recieved a call on 17'th april 2012 saying that my order has been cancelled due to some reason.

If the mobile was not in their stock, then how could they allow me to order for the same, also they accept full payment in advance.
on asking they are saying that they are initiated the request for payment transfer to my accountback and it will we transfered in 5-6 days.
But till now (21'st april) I did't get my money back.

Due to all these I have to face many problems regarding money.
