To whom it May Concern,

I have subscribed to the Starplus Pack to be able to WATCH indian tv. I live in France and I subcribed this service to be able to watch indian serries whenever I want. I donot know who is managing the overseas airing of the Starplus pack , but please know that you are doing an awful job. It has become frequent now that on the starplus channel nothing plays ,it just plain black screen that stares back at you.This has become so frequent now that I am thinking of cancelling my subcription and passing the word around of how crappy your service is.
My money is better invested in Zee at least.
