REJECTION /CANCELLATION OF RETAIL TRANSACTION DATED 20.12.2011AT CACHE MERCANTILE PVT.LTD MUMBAI FOR RS.6999/- ON SBI CREDIT CARD

I am the customer of SBI credit card & on 20.12.2011 , The Cache mercantile Pvt ltd call me on my mobile & told that they have tieup with SBI card, and instead of my existing card they were issuing me a new card, and told me that nothing can be carged to me , so I told my card no, & they carged me Rs.6999/- & no new card or any services given to me. I had also contact Cache Mertile Pvt Ltd on the same number by which they have called me, but the number cannot get connected.I told all the matter to SBI card distributor on their telephone no. 18601801290 immedately to cancelled my transaction, I also send a letter to SBI card about my complent by courier and also by email as per the advice by staff of SBI Card . I also email to cache mercantile to canceld my transaction as they have done it by fradulentely, as advised by SBI card staff. I have done all the things that told to me by SBI card staff since last 3 months to solved the matter but the matter was not solved by SBI card staff, and the SBI Card staff told that the matter is on dispuit, so dont pay the amount of Rs.6999/- charged by Cheche mercantile Pvt Ltd but the late payment chages is adding to my bill by last 3 months by SBI Card.So, kindly do the needful and help me
