Requesting for the refund from Datawind

Product was booked through online on 3-Jan-2012. Booking ID : PM3D96E

Mail received from datawind on 3-Mar-2012 for paying the money.

Full amount of Rs 2999 was paid through cheque, as per the mail received from datawind dated 3-Mar-12.

The cheque was sent through professional courier & the reference no. Is MAA504167578 dated 5-Mar-2012. Courier charge is about Rs.50.

The amount was debited from bank on 14-Mar-12

Datawind acknowledged the receipt of the amount sent through cheque by the mail dated 27-Mar-2012.

Many remainders were sent to datawind. The remainders has no effect and also at the later stage, the mails which are sent to datawind were returned to the sender itself. This happens till today.

Unable to contact the supplier. And no updates on the product ordered from them. Because of such things, I could not be in peace of mind. This affects a lot, mentally which could not be expressed in word.

I request to do the needful to get the refund of the total amount Rs 3049 (i.e., Amount towards the product and courier charges).
