vodafone pathetic service

my dads number 9823250527 is with vodafone for the last 7 years and not a singel issue resolved with them may be it network or their rude staff.
I visited the store in vasai west which is named as angel communications i spoke to the store manager named suchita naik as the rep named jay was very rude but to my surprise she is not fit to be a ztore manager she does not have any resolution for the customers she says pls call the call center she cant help me at the store wbhen i make a complaint regarding this at the callcenter and they say will get a call back iam waiting for the call back till date.No compensation for this rude behaviour from vodafone will seriously like a call back.
