Please contact the SMS service done by the BSNL Cellone through which I received a message from a source No. +540000010 hereafter will be called unethical source (US). The unethical source has generated a message saying flrit charges which I never subscribed and deducted Rs. 10/- from my cell prepaid chages. When I sent a message about this malpractice to US ie., +540000010 again they deducted Rs. 2/- from the prepaid chages. Please book a complaint for this malpractice by BSNL and No. +510000010 and arrange refund with damage charges.
