cheated by jabong

I have purchased a flip flop chappal from jabong.com worth of 650rs....of GAS company
but i m feeling a very bad after using it....because after using for 5 to 6 days that chappal is just like local ordinary chappal of may b 60rs which sells at footpath....
its totally embarrasing for me to wear that chappal now....chappal is look like that i have used from 2yrs....not like that i have bought 10 days ago....
I contact to its costomer care....but they are only giving me sympathy ......and they are telling that they have branded products...but let me know that.. Is branded products condition is like this only ..???
I m feeling that jabong company cheated me...on the name of branded products.....its nothing like brand...its just like an ordinary chappal taken from footpath on which they tagged the branded name.......please help me out of this........
