I had purchased HP Pavilion DV6 Series Dv6 - 6119tx Laptop (Bronze Metal)on 1/Jan/2012 from koovs & also I received it on 9/Jan/212. There is a 15% cash Back ( Rs 7327) with that product while placing the order, but now I have received the promo code for Rs 1000 only.

Today when I contacted the Customer care they are telling that the cash back for that product at present is Rs 1000 only. That's not fair because I had brought after seeing the offer.Please find attached Cash back details while placing the order and do the needful at the earliest.
