I prempal singh have ordered a sony vivaz mobile phone from rediffmail shopping on 19/05/2012.(order no.7126640)

For total of rs.9098/-.they are again and again saying till 29/05/2012 that your product is in awaiting dispatch but on 30/05/2012 i told them to cancel my product and refund it.

But also then they are not giving my money back.. i want you to please take sudden actions on it. thank you.
